At Wimbledon warm-up event, in a revenge of Roland Garros 3rd round just three weeks ago, Marin was bidding for his second Queen’s Club title after 2012 crown.

But despite 22 aces of Marin, Feliciano Lopez saved one match point in a thrilling deciding tie-break to defeat Marin 4-6, 7-6(2), 7-6(8).
