Novak Djokovic, Milos Raonic, Gaël Monfils and Dominic Thiem make up the other one, the Group Ivan Lendl.
Group Ivan Lendl matches are scheduled to begin on Sunday, 13 November.
Group John McEnroe matches will begin on Monday, 14 November.
