Marin captured the 16th title of his career with a dominant 6-1, 7-6 (5) defeat of Kei Nishikori (Japan – ATP 5).
On his way to the final, Marin beat Mikhail Youzhny, Pablo Carreno Busta, Marcel Granollers and Mischa Zverev.
